Westfield Mt Druitt is jointly owned by Dexus Property Group (50%) and the Westfield Group (50%), and managed by Westfield Centre Management. The centre has been expanded multiple times in its life, most notably in 2005 which demolished the Grace Bros. store which was replaced with a Coles supermarket among other specialty stores. The centre has approximately 2500 parking spaces.〔
